Intro Puppy Groom
A note about matting: If your dog’s coat is matted to the extent that we do not believe it to be humane to attempt to brush out your dog’s hair then we will recommend a close shave in order to relieve your dog of the pain associated with matted hair. We will not cause a dog to suffer pain by attempting to brush out bad mats & knots.
